Welcome to Favbit Pulse. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

By using Favbit Pulse, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the App or any associated system or network

You are solely responsible for determining whether the exercises and workouts available through the App are appropriate for your level of fitness and health condition. If you have any health concerns or conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before using the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Favbit Pulse and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Favbit Pulse.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favbit Pulse and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any injuries or health issues resulting from using the exercises provided in the App

5. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
